  Wanted steel spur gear for savage after she chewed up plastic 1 they didnt have 1 so tried selling me another plastic1 which i kindly refused anyway sourced metal 1 went in for slipper clutch paper same bloke wondered off with my gearbox and spur gear came back 25min later telling me was wrong 1 and hpi had lost some moulds so they wouldnt be making any new 1s and he couldnt set up the 1 i had he brought it back to me in peices which he had lost some ov absolutely useless

  Cannot say how fantastic these guys are. Highly recommended! Didn't look down on me or snigger with my simple mistake and we're actually beyond helpful trying to help me. Even with me being in London.
